Meet Sarah
My Journey to Bowen Therapy
My journey with Bowen Therapy began after I experienced persistent neck pain following injury. Despite trying multiple avenues through mainstream medical care and rehabilitation, the relief was only temporary. Over time, the pain began to affect my sleep, energy, mood, and ability to function day-to-day.
After my first Bowen Therapy session, I noticed a clear shift. The pain had not disappeared entirely, but there was a meaningful change. That night, I slept deeply for the first time in a long time. It felt as though my nervous system had finally settled, and my body had begun to recover.
Over the following months, with regular sessions, my pain gradually resolved. Since then, Bowen Therapy has remained an important part of maintaining my own wellbeing.
This experience changed the direction of my life. I developed a strong interest in the way Bowen Therapy works through the nervous system, and I went on to train professionally so I could offer the same level of care to others.
Today, I work with adults, children, babies, horses, and dogs, supporting recovery from pain, injury, and nervous system overload.
I understand firsthand how deeply pain can affect every aspect of life. My role is to provide a calm, professional environment where your body can release tension and begin to restore comfort and ease.
